Staircasing
At the point where a leaseholder wishes to acquire more shares in their home, LWC upon instruction will handle your customer from the first point of contact. We will guide and progress the leaseholder through the staircasing process.
Re-Sales
When your leaseholder expresses an interest in selling their Shared Ownership home, LWC upon instruction will handle your customer from the first point of contact. We will market the property during the nomination period on behalf of the Housing Association, arrange viewings, liaise with the onward buyer, instruct solicitors and progress the sale to legal completion.
