Re-Sales
When your leaseholder expresses an interest in selling their Shared Ownership home, LWC upon instruction will handle your customer from the first point of contact. We will market the property during the nomination period on behalf of the Housing Association, arrange viewings, liaise with the onward buyer, instruct solicitors and progress the sale to legal completion.

Re-Lets
Our re-let service is designed to help landlords and property owners quickly secure the next qualified tenant as soon as a lease ends. We handle the entire process with care, speed, and a marketing-first approach so your property never sits empty longer than it needs to.
